Lars and I finally settled on a house! It's a duplex located at 2928 18th Street in Scottsbluff, Nebraska (the one on the right). It's located about 5 minutes from the hospital and about 3 minutes from the Church. It is a little small but it will fit our needs for now. Fortunately, Lars and I don't have any furniture. My concern is all my boxes located in my parents' garage.
It is fortunate. I mean, can you imagine all the hassle furniture would make it? You'd have to... sit on it... lie down on it... have guests over... Way too much trouble.

Speaking as one who is highly experienced in the field of furniture ownership, I must say that it truly is a hassle to perform all the acts that Lars described.
